Hotel DEX Tlaquepaque will request a credit card as a guarantee at the moment the client requests a reservation; it could also make the payment of the reservation with a deposit for the total amount. Payments with a cash deposit will take effect the next business day after the deposit is reflected in the Hotel's bank account. In the case of check bank deposits, the guarantee will take effect after the check bank has been effectively cashed in the Hotel's bank account, this kind of its payment is not allowed for reservations made on the same day. Any reservation, which is not paid, must be guaranteed by credit card. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel will not be obligated to make the reservation. For Reservations made for independent agencies external (Airbnb, Booking), we suggest you contact these companies directly to request information on Reservation and Cancellation Policies. The hotel is not responsible for establishing and modifying the policies and conditions of these agencies. Children over 12 years old are considered an adult. The additional person will generate an extra charge of $300.00 pesos (older than 12 years old). For children under 12 years old, the breakfast cost will be $100.00 pesos. In the case of consumption of food and beverages not included, the charge will be added to the room bill, to be paid by credit card or cash.
No area of the hotel is authorized to make payments, except for the hotel reception.
In this section are related to damages, prejudices, and/or loss of furniture and/or articles inside the hotel facilities, such as furniture, electronic devices, remote controls, screens, dryers, towels, etc., as well as permanent or partial damages to the facilities. If this is the case, the hotel will charge the total amount of the damaged item to the bill, lost item, area or furniture to be repaired.
Arrival / Departure Policies
Any changes or cancellations, please give to us some advice:
- Dialing the number 3338574561 or by WhatsApp to the number 3314585669 at least 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel providing the data and confirmation key.

For any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, the Hotel will charge for "No Show", equivalent to charging 1 night plus taxes of the reserved room.
In high season any change or cancellation must be requested 72 hours prior to arrival date at the hotel and provide your personal information, reservation number, and any other information required to specify the cancellation of the reservation.
For reservations with preferential rates or additional benefits, cancellations are not accepted; there are no refunds.
The exceptions that do not generate the charge or payment of the reservation are:
- Accidents
- Natural disasters like earthquakes
- Political-social situations such as wars
- Death. Applies only if the deceased is, to whom the reservation was registered.
The hotel is not obliged to refund reservations in a case that makes it impossible to make the refund for the following causes:
- Natural disasters like earthquakes
- Political-social situations such as wars
- Others that make it impossible to offer the service, such as remodeling, construction, or access blockades that prevent access to the hotel by land.
